Employee Resource Business Groups

Employee Resource Business Groups (ERBGs) are voluntary, employee driven communities that lead initiatives to give a voice to a wide variety of people and perspectives at MSA. ERBGs provide associates with opportunities to build relationships, learn and grow and give back to the community.

#GetInvolved

"MSA has a rich history of supporting the communities in which we live and work. As part of this commitment, MSA partners with a broad range of non-profits that connect to MSA's business, with particular emphasis on Community and the Arts, Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Wellness, Mission Aligned Causes, and STEM Education.

The MSA It Forward program encourages associates – and teams of associates – to support these efforts by donating what may be their most valuable resources – their time, talent and money - to help others in need. #GetInvolved

It’s just one more way we define “The MSA Way"."

Communities of Practice

A community of practice is a group of individuals who share a common interest, profession, or passion, and who come together to interact, learn from each other, and share knowledge and experiences. Communities of practice have had an established presence at MSA for many years as a way to help associates engage in ongoing discussions and activities to deepen their understanding of their shared domain and to develop their skills and expertise.
